PoliClean is based in Toronto and proudly serves the GTA. We offer detailed post-construction cleaning services, including Rough Interior Cleaning, Standard Interior Cleaning, and Touch-Up Cleaning. Each is designed to meet the specific needs of your project.
Rough Interior Cleaning – $0.30/sq. ft.
This is the first phase of cleaning after construction and prepares the space for deeper cleaning.
- Removal of large debris and trash.
- Sweeping, vacuuming, and basic mopping.
- Removal of tape, stickers, and plastic coverings.
Standard Interior Cleaning – $0.50/sq. ft.
A full, detailed clean to make the space presentable and spotless.
- Cleaning of all surfaces
- Interior window & glass cleaning (includes sills and frames).
- Floor sweeping, vacuuming, and polishing.
- Full kitchen and washroom detailing.
- Wiping down fixtures and finishing touches.
Touch-Up Cleaning – $0.40/sq. ft.
The final step before move-in, taking care of any last-minute details.
- Final dust removal
- Cleaning of smudges, marks, or fingerprints - Wiping and polishing fixtures
- Inside window and glass cleaning
